Privacy Policy
bruhOS mobile app · Last updated October 11, 2026
bruhOS is a remote control app for your own robot (such as TonyPi and TonyPi Pro). This policy explains what the app does with your information. In short: we do not collect, store or sell any personal data.
What we collect
Nothing. The bruhOS app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It does not send any information to bruhOS or to any third party.
What stays on your phone
- The network address of the last robot you connected to, so the app can reconnect next time. You can clear it by uninstalling the app.
What goes to your robot
The app talks only to the robot you choose, directly over your local Wi-Fi network. Depending on what you use, it sends:
- Movement and action commands, and the mode you select.
- Home Wi-Fi network name and password, if you ask the robot to join your home Wi-Fi.
- AI service keys (for example OpenAI or OpenRouter), if you enter them in Settings. They are saved on your robot, not by us.
The live video you see in the app comes from the robot's own camera. The app does not use your phone's camera or microphone.
Local network access
The app asks for local network access so it can find and control your robot on the same Wi-Fi network. It is not used for anything else.
Third-party AI services
If you add your own AI keys, your robot (not the app) may contact those services for AI features. Their own privacy policies apply to that use.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
