These terms apply to the bruhOS mobile app, published by BRUHOS ENTERPRISE ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

bruhOS lets you play with a virtual TonyPi robot on your phone and control your own TonyPi or TonyPi Pro robot over your local Wi-Fi network. The app is free. There are no accounts, purchases or ads.

Your robot and your safety

• You are responsible for using your robot safely. Keep a clear space around it, keep it away from edges, water and small children, and supervise it while it moves.
• Robots can fall, collide with things or behave unexpectedly. Use the Stop button or switch the robot off if anything looks wrong.
• Only control robots that you own or have permission to use.
• The connection between the app and your robot is not encrypted. Use the app only on Wi-Fi networks you trust, and change your robot's default login password.

Third-party services

Some robot features can use AI services (for example OpenAI or OpenRouter) with keys that you provide. Those services are run by third parties under their own terms, and any costs are between you and them. Anyone on the same network as your robot can read the keys saved on it, so use keys made only for your robot, with a spending limit.

Content and trademarks

TonyPi is a product of Hiwonder. The TonyPi robot model, actions and dance music in the app are used with permission from Hiwonder. bruhOS is not otherwise affiliated with or endorsed by Hiwonder. All other content in the app belongs to BRUHOS ENTERPRISE. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app or its content.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to harm people or property, or to interfere with other people's devices or networks.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will work with every robot, network or device, or that it will be free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage to your robot, devices or property, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the app.

Privacy

The app does not collect personal data. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
